The apps
iPhone, iPad and Android app
The app doesn’t collect personal information. Your settings and your deck (card counts and any custom cards you make) are saved only on your device. If you delete the app, they’re deleted with it.
When “read aloud” is on, the app uses your device’s built-in voice to speak each card. That happens on your device.
The app keeps your screen awake during a game. It doesn’t use your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
Garmin watch app
The watch app runs the game on your watch and saves its deck there. If you pair it with the phone app, the two send game information to each other: your deck, the auto-draw interval, and the cards drawn during a game. Those messages travel between your own devices through Garmin Connect Mobile. Garmin’s own privacy policy covers Garmin Connect.
This website
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or ads. Its fonts and images are served from this site, not from other companies.
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify’s servers may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. Netlify’s privacy policy covers that information.
Links to Etsy, the App Store and Instagram take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Forms you send us
If you use the bulk-order form or the support form, we receive what you type in: your name, your email address, and anything else you include, such as your gym or your message. Netlify stores form submissions for us.
We use this information only to reply to you. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. If you’d like us to delete a message you sent, ask through the support form.
Buying the deck or the app
The deck is sold through our Etsy shop, so your order, payment and shipping details are handled by Etsy under Etsy’s privacy policy. We see the order details Etsy shares with sellers so we can send your deck.
The app is sold through Apple’s App Store, and Apple handles payment. We don’t receive your payment details.
Children
The apps don’t collect personal information from anyone, including children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you think a child has sent us information through a form, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
